Roger is a state-licensed well driller and pump installer, who began working with his father, Normal Weber, in 1966. He became a company partner in 1970.

More than the average pump installer, Mark is a jack-of-all trades, who began working for the family business in 1986.
ELIZABETH "LISA" OLSON,
Office Manager
A valued member of the team since 2005, Elizabeth is in charge of payables, receivables, and other office duties.
BRYNN A. WEBER,
Junior Office Assistant
At only one-and-a-half years old, Brynn, a fourth-generation Weber, began "working" at the family business in 2005. Today, her daily duties include filing items in the garbage, inspecting the recyclables file, and greeting customers.
